Jackson will be joined by an elite ensemble featuring Marc Devine (piano)Lonnie Plaxico (bass), and Tommy Campbell (drums) — a trio representing decades of excellence in contemporary jazz performance.  A Berklee College of Music alumna, graduating Summa Cum Laude in Vocal Performance, Jackson is a Black Excellence International performance and recording artist with active global radio airplay.

A commanding multi-instrumentalist, she performs on vocals, piano, and guitar, and is widely known for her fearless improvisation, virtuosic scat technique, and dynamic stage presence earning her the moniker “The Jazz Jedi Knight.”

Jackson is a member of ASCAP, SAG-AFTRA, UNA/NYC, serves on the WBGO 88.3 Community Advisory Board, and is a Voting Member of the Recording Academy. Her television appearances include NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, and BET, and her career has brought her to iconic venues and institutions including The Apollo Theater, Blue Note New York, Jazz Museum of Harlem, the United Nations (Danny Glover Awards), the Polo World Cup at Bethpage, Shea Tennis Classic Stadium, Caesars Palace, the Dusit Dubai Hotel, universities, major international festivals, and cultural stages across all 50 U.S. states and abroad.

Her collaborations include work with Herbie Hancock, Quincy Jones, Jeff “Tain” Watts, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Brande Younger, Endea Owens, Clark Terry, Wycliffe Gordon, Tia Fuller, among many others. Jackson has opened for James Brown, Bill Withers, KISS, and Fathead Newman, and appeared in a State Farm commercial produced by Spike Lee. Her recording credits include the acclaimed performance of “Pannonica” (music by Thelonious Monk, lyrics by Jon Hendricks), and she has released three albums to date. JazzTimes further praised her as “a formidable singer with praiseworthy scat and vocalese skills, delivered with power, precision, and emotional fire.”
